The principle consists in putting in the mould the welding powder and the ignition powder.

The composition of the welding powder depends on the metals to weld (copper and aluminum oxide for a copper/copper welding.

The reduction of copper oxide by the aluminum produced, under very high temperature, molten copper and aluminum oxide slag.

This bath of molten copper is channeled by the mold onto the parts to be welded, melts them and binds them together molecularly.

This system which does not need external supply, autonomous, no bulky and easy transportable.
